The custom engraving service produced a poor result on a pen I ordered, that is nowhere near what photos of engraving samples on the shop's product pages suggest.
The strokes in the inscription on my pens came out much wider and less crisp, making some of the kanji on the orange Pilot Cocoon pen appear blurry and hardly legible; see image at goo.gl/Ki8yMS , which I have sent to the shop.
Shop staff did not respond to my complaint sent on 16 November 2018.
