I never had a prestige Ibanez guitar and I was a little bit skeptical about its quality due to some disappointments with other Ibanezs in the past. But this completely changed my mind about Japanese Ibanez guitars. The neck is awesome.... the shape is one of the most comfortable and easy to play necks I’ve ever get, the fret job is stunning, the paint job is flawless, even though the flamed maple is thick and not a veneer, it’s not most figured maple you can get. The sound is sharp but very well balanced in the bridge position, the neck position is very rounded and fat in the perfect amount. A lot of sounds you can get with the Dina mix switching system. The gotoh bridge is high quality and very smooth but I’m having some trouble making the guitar stay in tune... the locking tuners is nice but the first string changing is challenging... it’s not so obvious like the one with a thumb screw on the back. Nice case included. This is not cheap but you will get a high end instrument for sure.
