There are crashes on the left side of the handle of the new neck fav I received. I tried to contact the shop but only got a reply asking me if the fan is damaged or not working. Anyway, the fan is working but it is rather bulky (of more than 400 gram) which is much more than another one I was using which was only at around 275 gram. The product itself is not bad, but I would expect more decent customer service.
