Terrible experience. I requested to ship the package to a new address on 6 September 2022, and Candy Magic asked me to make a new order for the new address. The older order will be shipped back to them. They also promise the fee will be refunded afterward. However, I still not receive any fee from Candy Magic until now, and Candy Magic ignored my email and just took my money away. Candy Magic keeps saying they have not yet received the older package and refused to refund it.
