To be frankly, I'm not so satisfied, because there are several obvious flaws(like very little dents) on the pearl, I wondered if it is really "花珠;", and if it is at the second grade of the "キズ as the seller described. It is also not as round as I expected. It maybe just what it should be because the price is cheap, but the seller should let the buyer know the truth. Maybe it is my problem because I don't have experience on pearl, maybe it is a good deal for someone who know pearls, but I think the customer service is the important. I sent several messages to ask about this pearl, ask them about the condition about the pearl and if they offer a better one but never got reply, but as soon I ordered it, they sent confirm email to me, then we had a few conversation and they can talk, but when I got the pearl, I sent them a message about my feeling and disappointing and ask them if it is really "花珠" etc, they never reply me.
