I have been making this yoghurt for 3 years and I found that it was high maintenance yoghurt culture and it is expensive. Now I am making traditional yoghurt from freeze dry commercial culture for 3 years. It takes more time heating milk, it needs higher temperature, but I like it. It is much cheaper, thicker yoghurt and better taste.
This yoghurt sachet is great to get you into home yoghurt making and for some people it is convenient, because it doesn't need heating the milk.
