This is a great mold for making canneles. It is difficult to make them brown and crunchy, like a patisserie. It took me 4 times to make them correct. The way I was able to make them like the picture was using the top rack of my convection oven, 210C for 25 minutes and 190C for 25 minutes. My canneles are not perfect though, the shape is a little difficult to maintain. I like the price and it is easy to clean. You can also use it to make other things like ice cubes or candles.
