I am writing this shop review in English because my command of Japanese is not that great. Hopefully this will be helpful for overseas buyers.
On the 30/8 I ordered a Rilakkuma parka from this store and it cost me about $100AUD including shipping. My item was shipped out on the 2/9 I believe from Osaka to be shipped to Melbourne Australia. When it reached me it was held at the facility for a while because of a wrong address that I provided and this is entirely my fault not the fault of the seller.
I tried to contact the seller on multiple occasions but received no reply until I wrote to Rakuten directly and they finally got back to me. I thought that this was the last time I would have to write to Rakuten but I have no choice now. I have been calling my local postal service to try to intercept the parcel but the seller refuses to read my emails or reply to them and my item is constantly being sent back and forth. It is now october the 4th and I have not received my item and they could have at least read my emails and changed the address or contact me before resending the item so many times
They have very poor customer service.
