This hotel is really nice! Location is good, walk to Hachinohe station is only 3 mins (also the convenient store nearby). Room is clean and concise, the bed also comfortable to sleep. We have the room toward station, so the view is really good. It is really happy when get up in the morning time and could see different trains pass railway. Breakfast is also really good, and staffs are nice and friendly. Will stay again next time, recommended!

The location is a little bit far from Towada lake (walking about 10-15 mins), but the hotel itself is really good! The room is large and with fragrance of wood, very comfortable to stay. Both dinner and breakfast are Japaneses style, and it's really delicious! Various kinds of dishes including fish (raw and roast), pork, tofu and vegetables, especially the rice is really good! Bathroom is a little bit small but could stay 5-6 people and don't feel crowded so it's OK. One thing is that there is only one toilet per floor, so might need to wait if it is
occupied. But overall its really worth its price.

Due to traffic issue, we arrived hotel later then scheduled time, but the staff were still warm welcome us. Location of hotel is good, just next to Chiba station. Room size, bed size and facilities are all very good to its price. Dining space for breakfast (1F Italy restaurant) is a little bit small, might need to wait for seats around 7~7.30am. If breakfast starting time could be earlier (from 6.30am) might be better. But overall it is a really good hotel to stay. Recommended.

1. Room: Quite clean, with enough to use facilities (dryer, refrigerator..etc.). Location is the best around Hakodate, not only near Morning Market but also close to bus and rail station.
2. Breakfast: Main dishes with Japanese style (rice, fish, egg, miso-shiru) and toast. Not that deluxe but enough. All food is delicious.
3. Hotel service: We do not have a smooth check-in process when we arrive the hotel (around 3 o'clock in the afternoon). The hotel members are very busy to deal customers who are occupied whole lobby, so front service members are forced to deal 2 customers at same time. When we come back to hotel and want to take our key, they can't not sure if we have paid, and also do not have the room key which is one of our 3 rooms. I am a little bit surprise to meet this situation in such hotel.
Overall, the hotel is worth for its price. Hope next time we will not meet this situation.

The breakfast is very delicious! With various kinds of food, in Japanese and Western style.
Location is also good but a little bit complex.
It will be good if the bulletin board could be more big on the street.

We separated the reservation but staff helped us to combine it together and let us stay in same room.
The breakfast is amazing, you could make your own 刺身トン! And it quite fresh.
The hot spring is also good. With apple in the spring is fun.
Thank you and would like to stay again in the future!

Could not be near anymore, just outside the train station.
Room is big (we stayed in Twin room) also bed is comfortable.
Hotel has both indoor and outdoor hot spring, with big bath on both side, very good.
Food is also good and Ponta is cute! (Ponta had a running nose because of the cold weather)
Really good hotel in 知床斜里 area.

It is a really nice Inn, good at everything. The hot spring area is quite large (compared with other Inn) and do not have time limit, also the outdoor hot spring area is perfect! (don’t know why there will be some apples inside the pool? :D) Breakfirst also very good, various of kinds of food could be selected and all delicious! ラーメンin night time is very sweet service. Very worth to live in and will be the first choice if travel again next time!

Very good service and location, and the public area is really good and warm :) Near 東山 area and lots of famouse spot, we walked to 高台寺, 祇園 and enjoy Kyoto as well. A little bit small of room, next time might book private room.

About 5~7 mins from Sendai station and easy to find. Room is OK but bathroom is really small. Also not good soundproofin room. When sleeping, we could hear the voice from cross road near hotel, also people's talk from next room. For breakfirst, hope to have more dishes with Japaniese tranditional food then bread. With the special price it is good to stay here.

Location is really good, only 5 mins to Tokyo station and Daimaru Department store. Lobby is with a small place which could stay there and relax, the night view from hotel to outside is very beautiful! Breakfirst is really nice with lots of dished, all are delicious. Bathroom also big enough to enjoy!
