A worst experience my family ever came across. When I arrived the hotel with a confirmation from Rakuten , the front desk told me they do not have our reservation and insist they couldn't help us at all. It was raining and cold outside and we tried our best to explain our situation. Eventually we got a room.
We thought the frustration is gone but yet to come! It's such a zero service hotel! The hotel told me we better not to drive our car on that day simply because they have too many cars in the parking lot. This is ridiculous! Why did they move my car to the end in the first place? Walking into the lobby no greeting from the hotel staff where our room is and the facilities. I have been staying in these type of hotels and receiving great services. Every times I just get the same or better service which is I always appreciate in Japan's hotel. Despite our language barrier, you will feel their warm welcome to their guest. This time I feel like they don't like us may be we are Chinese.
