Good hotel, very conveniently located next to Sapporo station. Staff were very nice.
The room is spacious and very tidy. We love the variety choices of pillow provided by the hotel. We had good sleep.
The light breakfast was also good.
We enjoy our stay in the hotel!

Very good hotel. We had a great 4-day ski trip in Niseko!
The western style twin room is a bit tight but very tidy and comfortable.
Onsen is very spacious and relaxing. We enjoyed it everyday after the ski. The relax area has two free massage chairs, must try!
Breakfast was also good. Gave us the energy to go skiing.
In short, we enjoy our stay very much!

Very good hotel,with special theme from the history about aroma and located at seaside. The welcome green tea and sweetie made us feel warm and relax. The deco of the hotel is comfortable.
Onsen is excellent, located at the top of the building, the open view of ocean is great!
Dinner is great. It has a sashimi plate with about 9 kinds of fresh sashimi, the ise ebi is delicious. Other seafood dishes are also great.
Breakfast is lovely. Lots of variety dishes, Fresh juice, vegi, fried fish are good.
Rooms are clean and tidy, very spacious. We enjoyed the sunset in the room.

Onsen is excellent, nice and tidy, can enjoy the open view of the ocean.
Dinner is great. Dishes are delicious and special. The vegi bow is highly recommended, very fresh. The seafood hotpot is also very good.
Breakfast is also great. Lots of variety. The egg roll and clam soup are good.
Western style rooms (with onsen) are clean and tidy, very spacious, the onsen is great. grandma likes it a lot.

Onsen is excellent. The mikimoto onsen that makes the skin shiny is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is also great. Should definitely try the lobster soup. Traditional Japanese dishes, western breakfast, rice ball, vegi are all great.

Excellent experience! Highly recommended!
From the first step into the hotel, you can feel they paid attention to every little details. Everything is in perfect harmony. Just feel like home.
Service was great. It is sweet that they changed the room to Western style for grandma. They also have a wheelchair for her.
The room is spacious and tidy. Half Japanese half western, with two beds. Since the hotel is at the top of a small hill, the view from the room is just gorgeous. You can have a complete view of the local area.
Dinner was delicious. The restaurant is in traditional high class Japan style. We enjoyed the local beef shabushabu a lot. The soba was also remarkable. The breakfast was also great. Udon is the best ever. Give us the energy needed for another day of travel.
Hotspring is very good. In the male side, they proudly show all the trophies for their baseball team. The outside one is spacious and nicely decorated.
We enjoy our stay a lot.

The room is spacious and the service is very good. Dinner was served in the room and was very delicious. With lots of local food such beef (super good), crab and fresh sashimi.
Hot spring is also good. Can relax and enjoy, although the outside one is a bit small on the male side.
The atmosphere in this area is excellent. Close to the coast facing Japan Sea.
We enjoy the stay a lot.

The room is great. Very spacious and tidy. The view is good.
Dinner is very delicious. Having all kinds of famous dishes in the area. Seafood, beef, pork, etc.
Two hot springs are great. Having different themes. One has a great view and the other has a great atmosphere.
