Arrived late (around 7pm) at 9/3, after 2.5 hrs drive from Ise Ueno Ninja Museum following navi. We stopped our car outside lobby, wondering the parking process and space but nobody coming out, tired and quite disappinted about the service. Despite this, everything was perfect. Upgraded room with high floor and bay view. The room was clean and cozy.Stunning view of the bay was so relax and appreciated. Excellent breakfast with delicious steak and sashimi. The space museum was fantastic, just a pity that we are not good in japanese.

We stayed 2 nights in this trip. We took night flight and arrived around 2400 at 8/3, check in service very efficient and the room was nice and cozy. Excellent buffet and staff communicated well.
We were leaving Kansai at 13/3 early morning and the night before we stayed in the hotel again. Because of the good experience we had last time, we didn't aware at once that the bathroom had smell, the urine smell came from toilet probably. So dissapointed to be happened in a 5 star hotel but we are too tired to complain and after all, we have to check out at 0615 for the early flight.
We hope the hotel can strive hard to improve their cleaning and hygiene.

It was a pleasant stay to celebrate our 10th wedding. The staff were very polite and helpful. When we were puzzling whether there was lift, the staff came out to carry our large suitcase down the staircase. He even provided a larger room for us on the same foor as lobby while the room we booked previously has to walk downstair. Much appreciated!
We were also haapy that they offerred a cooked set dinner for my husband as he dont eat raw fish. The room and onsen was clean and cozy. Excellent environment with massage chairs and huge library with free drinks. We were happy to be there!
