The hotel is one of the best I'd ever stayed in Japan. The room is stylish, the meals are delicious and the staff are very friendly. The lady taking care of us tried her best to talk with us in English, we are very impressed. We like the arrangement of the hotel, e.g. the snack after the dinner, the coffee corner after the breakfast, we feel very comfortable staying in the hotel. We recommend friends to choose this hotel if going to Beppu.

We stayed at Maruei for 2 nights. When we arrived at Kawaguchico Station, we asked the lady at the Information Center to call the hotel and the hotel sent a car to pick us up in 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. They tried their best to make our stay pleasent. Basic information about the hotel and onsen were available in English. We chose the time for dinner and breakfast based on our schedule. Both meals are kaiseki and we enjoyed them very much. They also specially prepared some dishes for kids. Maruei is a ryokan and my sons gained lots of 1st time experiences ranging from sleeping in a tatami-matted room, taking communal baths and wearing yukata around the hotel. Although we did not have the Mt. Fuji view room, staying in a Lake view room was relaxing. We shall definitely stay at Maruei again when we visit Kawaguchico next time.

A small hotel but close to the sight seeing spot, staff are friendly and meals are delicious.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. The location is good, very close to the subway and shopping area. I especially like the room, it is clean and tidy, the bed and pillow is comfortable, quite spacious for 1 person. The staff at the front desk are nice and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Will try to book again next time to Osaka.

Though the hotel is small, the room is big, newly reformed and clean. Their meals are really great! We stayed two nights, the menu was different, dishes were delicious and volume was big, we felt very full every meal. Their wine corner price was very reasonable, 890 yen for trying 13 different kinds of ume wine, my friends were very happy about this. Their breakfast is another highlight, the volume is as big as the dinner. We loved the self service grilled fishes. The staff there are all very friendly. We had an enjoyable and very happy stay in this hotel. サンかつうら皆様、ありがとうございました！

The location of the hotel is great, the room is big and clean, meals are delicious, the staff in the restaurant are very nice. The only disappointing point is the front desk staff. When we arrived, they welcome us warmly, helped in picking our luggage and parking our car. However, when we left the next morning, no one care about us, they just gave us back the key, and we handled everything by ourselves. We don't mind doing so, but really surprised that the difference when we arrived and when we left is so big!!! Besides, the hotel has a promotion that if you like their facebook page, you can get a small gift. However, the internet connection at the front desk is weak and we cannot get into the facebook, so the front desk just said coolly too bad. Right, too bad! We are not eager to get the gift, just that the attitude of the front desk staff is really bad. The good impression for yesterday now all gone.

This is the 3rd time this year I stay at the hotel, as the staff there are all very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious. Besides, the hotel is just next to the station, very easy to access. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. A present stay.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. My main reason choosing this hotel is the location, just next to the JR station, very easy to find, especially for foreigners. The front desk staff are very friendly. I like the breakfast very much, the bread is fresh and tasty. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is close to JR station, so very easy to find. The ladies at reception are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The bread and eggs for breakfast are delicious. I especially like the ladies helping at the breakfast corners, they are very friendly and always smiling, making you happy at the start of a day. I also like their effort in eco-environment, a good hotel to be chosen next time.

The guesthouse is close to the subway station exit, and opposite to Sejong Hotel, where is the airport bus stop, so the location is very convenience.
I arrived early in the morning, the check-in time should be 2 p.m., however, the staff took me to my room immediately!! It really helps, especially after the over-night flight.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Other than Japaneses, they can also speak Madrine, therefore no communication problem at all!!
The room, though is small, is very clean and tidy.
I had a comfortable and present stay at Ari House this time, and if I will go to Seoul again, sure will choose Ari house again. ^^

Although the inn is not at Fukuoka city, it is close to the station, and there is a super market nearby, very convenience. Besides, the room is clean and tidy, and like a home more than a hotel room, very comfortable. The price is very reasonable for this room. I will consider booking again if going to Fukuoka again.
