The hotel is very nice. which very local but still modern, you can take it as a mixture of traditional and new. I love it very much. The staff are very polite and helpful, believe it one of the best service i even visited. Also every arrangement is being attended to the details, from booking to beverage bar in the lobby, to dinner arrangement in the room, local tourist information and parking arrangement. All are the best service. Food are very creative and tasty, with local best picked ingredient and especially the dinner was set in the theme of winery. i love it very much. The quality of the hot spring also good and clear. i will definitely come back again for the stay.

The location is exordinary which very close to the sea and facing the west which good for watching the sunset. My room with hotspring inside, which super big and clear, very traditional japanese hotspring hotel room which quiet with great view. The dinner and breakfast are both nice as with all fresh ingredient and seafood. Staff are very nice and they have been tried the best to explain every details to us, as we can speak japanese. i will definitely come back for stay again.

the location is good as it on the top of the hill and facing east which good for watching sun rise. The room and hotel itself is quite basic and i will take it as a hotel but it very clear and new. The hotspring is big, clear and natural. The most of the stay is the dinner, which very good and all fresh local ingrident. Staff are very nice and helpful.

this is a very good hot spring hotel, first of all the location is very good. it by the sea and also close to the town. the hotel itself is new and have more than enough facilities which we spent a whole afternoon there before having dinner. make sure you check-in as early as possible to enjoy. The dinner and breakfast were great with the best local delicacy and skillful cook delivered very well. all staff are very friendly and helpful, they made me feel like staying at home. i will definitely come back again.

This is a very good hotel which over 50years and the location is great as it within the shopping area. You can bascially go to every shop in tenjin by walk within 7mins. very convenient and easy. The room is clear and have everything you need. Also it close to the area where night food stalk around, it just take 2mins by walk. i will definitely come back again.

this is a very budget business hotel in very good location which basically in the middle of the city where every things in 5 to 10mins walk distance. the room is good but most important is the price is extremely reasonable. Also it already included breakfast which is also good. Staff are also very nice as well. it a really good choice if you want to stay in the city.

the room with great view and private onsen, it very clear and tidy. the hotel itself is very big and there are lot of facilities including super big bowling, roof top onsen swimming pool with laser show, huge shopping area and also game area. it worth to check-in as early as possible to enjoy all of it. i will definitely come back again and recommend this to my friend. also people and staff are very nice as well.

I love one of the hot spring which sits outside next to the river; you can enjoy white noise from the river and also starry sky; such an extraordinary experience. The room and hotel itself is a mixture of modern and traditional, very clean and it makes me feel like staying in a traditional Japanese farm house. Food is really good and the entire ingredient from the local area which fresh and special. The most important bit I would like to highlight is people here are fantastic, they are all very friendly and professional. I believe hosting 9 people from Hong Kong and all of us cannot speak Japanese is not an easy job for a traditional hot spring hotel, and we all feel great and would like to come back again. Thank you so much to the hotel.
